Equipment

  • Baking sheet
  • Oven with broiler function

Ingredients

  • 1 Meat Flatbread
  • 1 teaspoon tallow or substitute with butter
  • 2 ounces ricotta cheese
  • ½ cup grapes halved
  • ¼ teaspoon chopped fresh thyme

Instructions

  • Adjust the oven rack so the flatbread will be positioned about 6 inches below the broiler. Preheat the broiler.
  • Lay the baked flatbread on a baking sheet. Evenly distribute the tallow (or butter) across the surface.
  • Broil the flatbread for roughly 5 minutes, or until the edges are golden and crispy. Afterward, switch off the broiler and preheat the oven to 450°F.
  • Spread the ricotta over the warm flatbread. Scatter the halved grapes on top, followed by the chopped thyme.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 5 to 7 minutes, or until the grapes begin to soften and release their juices.
  • Slice and serve warm.

Notes

  • Substitution: You may replace tallow with butter if preferred.
  • This recipe is ideal for those following a carnivore diet with flexible inclusions like dairy and minimal plant-based additions.
  • For a more purely carnivore option, omit the grapes and thyme and add extra ricotta or meat-based toppings.
