6egg whites
4ozmozzarella cheese
Pepperoni slices

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400°F.
Spray a muffin tray with cooking oil or grease with butter to prevent sticking.
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the whole eggs and egg whites until fully combined.
If using spices, mix in the garlic powder, oregano, and onion powder until evenly distributed.
Pour the egg mixture into the prepared muffin tin, filling each cup about 3/4 full.
Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top of each filled muffin cup.
Place a pepperoni slice on top of each muffin.
Bake for 13–15 minutes, or until the muffins are golden brown and set.
Allow to cool slightly before removing from the tin. Serve warm or store for later use.
Notes
While garlic powder, oregano, and onion powder aren’t technically part of a strict carnivore diet, this recipe uses only a small amount. If your approach to the carnivore diet is more flexible, incorporating these seasonings occasionally shouldn’t be an issue—just avoid making this a daily habit.
