  • Large mixing bowl
  • Whisk
  • Measuring spoons

Ingredients
  

  • 6 eggs
  • 6 egg whites
  • 4 oz mozzarella cheese
  • Pepperoni slices
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder optional
  • 2 teaspoon oregano optional
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  • Spray a muffin tray with cooking oil or grease with butter to prevent sticking.
  • In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the whole eggs and egg whites until fully combined.
  • If using spices, mix in the garlic powder, oregano, and onion powder until evenly distributed.
  • Pour the egg mixture into the prepared muffin tin, filling each cup about 3/4 full.
  • Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top of each filled muffin cup.
  • Place a pepperoni slice on top of each muffin.
  • Bake for 13–15 minutes, or until the muffins are golden brown and set.
  • Allow to cool slightly before removing from the tin. Serve warm or store for later use.

Notes

While garlic powder, oregano, and onion powder aren’t technically part of a strict carnivore diet, this recipe uses only a small amount. If your approach to the carnivore diet is more flexible, incorporating these seasonings occasionally shouldn’t be an issue—just avoid making this a daily habit.
