Ingredients
  

  • 1 large egg
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 3/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Italian seasoning to taste

Optional Toppings:

  • crispy bacon
  • additional shredded cheese

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the egg, mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
  • Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Spread the mixture evenly onto the parchment paper, flattening it to your desired thickness.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 17–20 minutes, or until the edges are golden and crispy.
  • Remove from the oven. If desired, sprinkle additional cheese and add crispy bacon as toppings.
  • Serve immediately while warm for the best texture and flavor.
