  • 2/3 cup Pizza Sauce
  • 8 oz Mozzarella Cheese shredded
  • 20 Slices Pepperoni
  • 1/2 pound Sausage
  • 1/4 Red Onion sliced
  • 1/2 Red Bell Pepper diced
  • 1/2 Green Bell Pepper diced

  • Various Cheese Blends
  • Homemade Naan Bread

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the Blackstone grill to medium-high heat (350°F).
  • Brown the sausage on the griddle.
  • Sauté the vegetables until soft and tender (5-6 minutes).
  • Heat the pepperoni slices for 30 seconds per side.
  • Spread 1/3 cup of pizza sauce on each crust.
  • Top each pizza with mozzarella cheese and the prepared toppings.
  • Carefully slide the prepared pizzas onto the grill.
  • Cover the grill and cook for 6-12 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
  • Remove from the grill and let rest for a few minutes before slicing.
  • Slice and serve warm.
