Ingredients
  

  • 2 large stalks celery
  • 1 cup romaine lettuce
  • 1 cup baby spinach leaves
  • 1 cup kale leaves
  • 1 small cucumber
  • 6 sprigs parsley dill, or cilantro (choose your favorite)
  • 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lime juice

Instructions
 

  • Peel, cut, deseed, and/or chop the ingredients as needed to fit them into the juicer.
  • Place a container under the juicer’s spout to catch the juice.
  • Feed the celery, romaine lettuce, spinach, kale, cucumber, and parsley (or chosen herb) through the juicer, processing until smooth.
  • Stir in the freshly squeezed lime juice for a tangy finish.
  • Pour the juice into glasses and enjoy immediately for the best flavor and nutrient retention.
