Ingredients
  

  • 2 bone-in pork chops about 1 inch thick
  • 2 tbsp tallow or clarified butter
  • Salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the air fryer to 375°F.
  • Season the pork chops: Lightly season both sides of the pork chops with salt.
  • Pan-sear the pork chops: Heat 1 tbsp of tallow or clarified butter in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear each pork chop for 2 minutes per side until a golden crust forms.
  • Air fry the pork chops: Transfer the seared pork chops to the air fryer basket and cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through. The internal temperature should reach 145°F.
  • Serve: Let the pork chops rest for 3 minutes before serving.
