Instructions
Make the Relish: In a large bowl, combine red peppers, 3 tablespoons olive oil, cherry peppers, parsley, capers, ¼ teaspoon salt, and ⅛ teaspoon pepper. Set aside.
Cook the Cauliflower: Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a 12-inch skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering. Add cauliflower, cover, and cook, stirring occasionally, for about 10 minutes or until browned and tender. Transfer to the bowl with the relish, tossing to coat. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Sear the Steak Tips: Pat the steak tips dry with paper towels. Season with the remaining ½ teaspoon salt and ¼ teaspoon pepper. Heat the remaining 1 tablespoon olive oil in the same skillet over medium-high heat until just smoking. Add steak tips and cook for 6-10 minutes, turning to brown on all sides, until the meat registers 120-125°F for medium-rare.
Serve: Plate the steak tips alongside the cauliflower mixture and enjoy this easy, flavor-packed one-pot meal.
