Ingredients
  

  • 2 snapper fillets about 6 oz each
  • 2 tbsp butter melted (for basting)
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp tallow or clarified butter for greasing air fryer basket

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the air fryer to 375°F.
  • Prepare the air fryer basket: Lightly grease the air fryer basket with tallow or clarified butter to prevent sticking.
  • Season the snapper: Pat the snapper fillets dry with paper towels and lightly season with salt.
  • Cook the snapper: Place the snapper fillets in the air fryer basket. Cook for 10-12 minutes, basting with melted butter halfway through. The internal temperature should reach 145°F when fully cooked, and the edges should be golden and crispy.
  • Serve: Once the snapper is done, drizzle the remaining melted butter on top and serve immediately.
