  • 1 tbsp shredded coconut
  • 1 tbsp flaxseeds
  • ½ tsp honey or agave syrup optional, for added sweetness

Optional Substitution

Instructions
 

  • Add cottage cheese, frozen berries, coconut milk (or almond milk), shredded coconut, flaxseeds, and honey/agave syrup (if using) to a blender.
