Ingredients

  • Mint sprigs
  • Cherries

Frozen Variation:

  • Add all basic ingredients.
  • Include a splash of cream optional
  • Whipped cream for topping.

Instructions
 

  • Combine the coconut rum, dark rum, coffee liqueur, pineapple juice, and lemon juice in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously until the mixture is well chilled.
  • Pour the cocktail into a tall glass filled with ice cubes.
  • Decorate with a garnish of your choice, such as a cocktail skewer holding orange slices, cherries, or pineapple wedges.

Frozen Variation Instructions:

  • Blend the coconut rum, dark rum, coffee liqueur, pineapple juice, lemon juice, and ice in a blender until smooth.
  • If desired, add a splash of cream to enhance the texture and flavor.
  • Pour the frozen mixture into a glass and top with whipped cream.
  • Garnish as desired and serve immediately.

Notes

  • Adjust the ratio of pineapple juice for a sweeter or tangier flavor.
