Ingredients
  

  • 1 medium ripe banana
  • ½ cup crushed ice
  • ½ cup fresh blueberries
  • ½ cup water or milk
  • 1 cup fresh spinach
  • Honey to taste

Instructions
 

  • In a blender, combine the banana, crushed ice, blueberries, water or milk, and fresh spinach.
  • Blend until smooth, adding more liquid if needed for desired consistency.
  • Taste and sweeten with honey as desired.
  • Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
