Anti-Inflammation Pineapple, Mint, & Cucumber Juice

Ingredients
  

  • 1 large ripe pineapple skin removed and core intact
  • ¼ cup mint leaves
  • 1 cucumber

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the Pineapple: Peel the pineapple by cutting off both ends and placing it upright on a cutting board. With a serrated knife, cut lengthwise down the sides, removing the skin and the eyes. Slice the peeled pineapple into long strips that will fit into your juicer's feed tube.
  • Juicing Process: Feed the pineapple strips into the juicer, alternating with mint leaves for even distribution of flavors. Process until smooth.
  • Add the Cucumber: Juice the cucumber and combine it with the pineapple-mint mixture. Stir well to blend the flavors.
  • Serve Fresh: Pour the juice into glasses and serve immediately for optimal freshness and flavor.
