Ingredients

  • 3.5 oz frozen acai puree defrosted under hot water
  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries e.g., blueberries and/or raspberries
  • 2 cups Cinnamon Cashew Milk or Almond Milk
  • 1 to 2 tsp maple syrup or honey optional, for added sweetness

  • Prepare Ingredients: Under hot water, defrost the frozen acai puree pack to soften it.
  • Blend: In a blender, combine the acai puree, mango chunks, mixed berries, and your choice of nut milk.
  • Mix: Start blending on a low speed to break up the mixture, stopping to scrape down the sides if needed. Gradually increase to high speed and puree until smooth and creamy (1–2 minutes).
  • Sweeten: Taste and blend in maple syrup or honey, if desired.
  • Serve: Pour into glasses and serve immediately for best texture and flavor.

Notes

Save Leftovers: Freeze extra smoothie in ice-cube trays for quick future use. Blend frozen cubes with additional milk to recreate the smoothie.
